Refund Policy

Hop Hop Hop AI sells one-time credit packs. There are no subscriptions and credits never expire. This page explains when you get credits or money back.

Failed renders are free

If a video fails, you aren't charged: the credits go back to your balance automatically. No ticket is needed. This covers errors, timeouts, safety-filter refusals and finished videos held back by our checks.

A video that renders successfully but that you don't like doesn't count as a failed render. If something looks clearly broken (for example, the wrong people appear), contact us with the video and we'll look at it.

Credit packs

• Fully unused pack: refundable in full within 7 days of purchase.
• Partly used pack: the unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase, at that pack's per-credit price. For example, if you bought 300 credits for $24.99 and used 100, you can get back 200 × ($24.99 ÷ 300) = $16.66.
• After 7 days, and for credits already used to make a video, purchases are final.

Billing errors and duplicate charges can be reported within 30 days and are always refunded in full.

How to request a refund

Email support@hophophopai.org or open a support ticket in your account (Settings → Support tickets). Include the email address of your account, your order number (from Settings → Payments) and the reason. We usually reply within 2 business days.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they take about 5–10 business days to show up. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Payments and Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase ("Sold through Link"). Stripe may also issue refunds under its own consumer-protection rules, such as cooling-off periods where the law requires them.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank: most issues are solved within a few business days. Disputing a charge for credits you have already used may lead to your account being suspended.
