Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of Hop Hop Hop AI at hophophopai.org (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Hop Hop Hop AI lets you upload photos and generates short, vertical AI videos in the style of popular dance trends, such as the "hop hop hop" trend and the "fuzzy dream" dance. Some dances also work with photos of pets. Videos can be downloaded without a watermark. Whether a video includes sound depends on the dance, and each dance's page says so before you generate: for example, hop hop hop videos are silent, and fuzzy dream videos include the trend's music (see Music and Sound below). Uploaded photos and generated videos may go through automated safety checks by us or our AI providers. Requests these checks flag are refused, and their credits are returned automatically. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
• Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@hophophopai.org if you think your account has been compromised.

Photos You Upload

You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use, and every person shown must consent to appearing in an AI-generated video. By uploading, you confirm that you have these rights and consents.

You must not upload or create content that:

• Shows minors without the consent of their parent or legal guardian
• Shows public figures or celebrities
• Contains nudity or sexual content
• Sexualizes a minor or anyone who appears to be a minor, with no exceptions
• Is used to harass, bully, threaten or humiliate anyone
• Is meant to deceive others, including presenting the video as real footage of events that did not happen
• Impersonates another person
• Infringes anyone's copyright, privacy or publicity rights, or breaks any law

We may refuse to generate, remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI Output

Videos are generated by AI and may be imperfect. Faces, hands, bodies and pets can come out distorted or differ from your photos, and results vary between runs. We do not guarantee any particular result.

Ownership of Your Videos

You keep any rights you have in the photos you upload. You own the videos you generate, except for any music in them (see below), and may download, share and post them anywhere, including TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, subject to these Terms and each platform's rules. You give us a limited license to process your photos and store your videos only as needed to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Music and Sound

Some videos are silent. Others include a short excerpt of the music used in the original trend, cut to the length of your video.

• That music belongs to its songwriters, artists and record labels, not to us and not to you. Owning your video does not give you any rights in the music.
• The music is included so you can share your video on social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, for personal, non-commercial use. Do not use a video with music in ads, sponsored or paid content, or sell it, unless you have your own license for the music.
• Platforms may mute, replace or restrict a video because of its music. You can always replace the sound with one from the platform's in-app sound library; follow that platform's terms when you do.
• For a silent video, add any music or sounds through the platform's in-app sound library.

Credits and Payments

• The Service is paid. Video generation uses credits, which you buy in packs. See Pricing.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Credits never expire, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and can only be used on the Service.
• If a generation fails, the credits used are refunded to your account automatically.
• Refunds of purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.
• Prices may change, but changes don't affect credits you have already bought.

No Affiliation

Hop Hop Hop AI is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, the creators of the original trend videos, or the artists and rights holders of any music used in the trends. All trademarks belong to their owners.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. That includes trying to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it, scraping it, reselling it without our permission, or using automated tools to generate content at scale.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms or misuse the Service. Credits on accounts terminated for violations may be forfeited.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for how you use and share the videos you create.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
