How much does it cost?
A Standard video costs 100 credits and HD costs 180. The smallest pack is 100 credits for $9.90; bigger packs bring a video down to about $5. Credits never expire.
Can I get a refund?
Failed renders are free: the credits come back automatically. Within 7 days of buying, an unused pack is refunded in full and a partly used pack is refunded for its unused credits. After 7 days, purchases are final. Email support@hophophopai.org with your order number — see the Refund Policy for details.
Is there a free trial?
No. Each render uses real GPU time, so videos are paid. Watch the examples above to see exactly what you get, and if a render fails your credits come back automatically.
How long does it take?
Usually 2–3 minutes. You don't need to keep the page open: we email you when your video is ready and it stays in My Videos.
Is there a watermark? Can I post it anywhere?
No watermark. You can post your video on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts or anywhere else.
What happens to my photos?
Photos are stored privately, used only to make your video and deleted after 30 days. We never share them or use them to train models. Only use photos of people who agreed to it.
