Bicep Heart Challenge

A bicep heart is fun; a chain of them is better. Here is how to start a bicep heart challenge that people actually answer, how to duet and stitch it, group versions, and a way in for friends who hate being on camera.

  • Start a chain
  • Duet and stitch
  • No-filming option

Make your bicep heart video

Your photo

Best results: a clear, front-facing photo from the waist up, with your face and both arms in view, good light. Short sleeves show the flex best.

Your 7-second video comes with the trend sound and caption already on it.

How the bicep heart challenge works

You post a short bicep heart clip (a flex, then a hand hooked over the bicep to make a heart) and name two or three people to answer with theirs. Each of them tags the next people, and the chain keeps going.

Start a chain in four moves

  1. 1

Post your bicep heart with a clear call: "your turn" plus two or three tags.

  2. 2

Pin a comment with the hashtag you want everyone to use, so the chain is easy to follow.

  3. 3

Reply to every answer with a duet or a comment, so people see their post noticed.

  4. 4

After a day, post a compilation of everyone who joined and tag them all.

Ways to play

Duet

Duet a friend's clip so your two hearts land side by side at the same moment.

Stitch

Stitch the setup line from someone else, then cut to your heart as the answer.

Couple version

Stand side by side, each flex the inside arm, and touch fists so one big heart forms between you.

Squad line-up

Everyone in a row, hearts landing one after another down the line.

Office or team

Each person makes one; post them as a grid for a team page or a farewell.

The long-distance one

Friends in different cities each make an AI video from a photo and post them together.

For friends who won't film

Some people you tag will never record themselves. Send them this page instead: they upload one photo, the AI makes their bicep heart video with the sound and caption, and they can answer the chain in minutes.

Only make a video of someone with their OK, and only of adults.
